The Shops at Ithaca Mall's Management Office is located in the mezzanine level of the Shopping Center. Access the Management Office by taking the stairs located across from the public restrooms, off the Food Court.

Security

The Shops at Ithaca Mall's Security Officers are here to assist patrons, visitors and employees of the shopping center.

• A Security Officer will escort customers to their vehicle upon request
• Please call Security if First Aid is needed in the mall or parking lot
• Security will jump start a customer's vehicle upon request
• Wheelchairs are available at our Security Center located in the Regal Cinemas hallway
• Assistance with Lost & Found articles is available through Security Center

  Mall Walkers

  • Join others for beneficial walking at your own pace in climate controlled comfort. Mall doors open every day at 8:00am. Following the black tiles and walking around the entire inside of the Mall measures over three-quarters of a mile.
  • Be sure to stop by and use the free Blood Pressure Machine located near Regal Cinemas. This service is brought to you by Cayuga Medical Center.
