Management Office
The Shops at Ithaca Mall's Management Office is located in the mezzanine level of the shopping center; by taking the stairs located across from the public restrooms, off the food court.

Security
The Shops at Ithaca Mall's Security Officers are here to assist patrons, visitors and employees of the shopping center.

- A Security officer will escort customers to their vehicle upon request.
- Please call Security if First Aid is needed in the mall or parking lot.
- Security will jump start a customers vehicle upon request.

Mall Walkers
- Join others for beneficial walking at your own pace in climate controlled comfort. Mall doors open every day at 7:00am. Following the black tiles and walking around the entire malls measures over three-quarters of a mile per lap.
- Be sure to stop by and use the free Blood Pressure Machine located near Regal Theater. This service is brought to you by Cayuga Medical.
