Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping Associates are responsible for working in a collaborative manner with the entire team in maintaining the appearance of the shopping center. Duties include overseeing cleanliness of the food court area, assisting in the upkeep of plants in the shopping center area and routine daily detailed cleaning throughout the building.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Must be motivated, reliable and pay attention to detail. Prior cleaning experience helpful. References and drug screening required.

Security Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- The Shops at Ithaca Mall is expanding our security department. Security Officers are responsible for promoting the proper demeanor, security, safety and protection of all customers, tenants, mall staff and property. Officers patrol mall common areas and grounds and respond to all medical emergencies on the property.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Ideal candidates will possess a strong interest/experience in criminal justice and hold a NYS security license.
